• Mix again for 10 seconds. Speed 9. raw bar recipe passion 4 juice

At this point taste the mix. Does it need to be a bit sweeter? I added 1 Tbspn of honey at this stage. See what you think. This will give you am idea of the end result. If you like this mix then end result will be great. A bit stronger in flavour.

  • Place on the Teflon dehydrator sheet. If you don't have a dehydrator the place on baking paper on a baking tray. 

Flatten out using another Teflon sheet on top or baking paper and roll with a rolling pin until youget the desired thickness. I like. 1 cm thick. Shape then cut. Keep your knife and spatula wet as this will stop the mixture sticking. 

  • Dehydrate for 24 hours on 37 degrees.

If using an oven put your oven on the lowest setting and dehydrate for several hours. You may need to turn bars over to dry underside. I do this after 12 hours in the dehydrator. 


Raw Bar Recipe 2 soaked fruit Passion 4 Juice

  • As Above but add 1 cup almond meal.

I make my own by reeling the pulp left over from making almond milk. I dry it out in the dehydrator before using.

  • 1 cup pecans. I cup dedicated coconut.

Blitz on speed 9 for 10 seconds and add.

  • Teaspoon ground allspice
  • I cup of soaked apricots rinsed well
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbspn hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbspn water. Mix well on speed 8 

Raw paleo biscuit crunch 
(This is a variation of the paleo biscuits)

  • 1 cup almond meal1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup mixed Brazil and pecan nuts
  • 1 tspn vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumkin seeds

Grind all nuts to a fine nut meal  Add all other ingredients and mix for 10 sec on speed 9.

  • Spread out in a Teflon sheet and dehydrate for 12-24 hours at 37 degrees or until crunchy.
